Sellers on Customizon want you to be happy with your purchase! In most cases, a great deal of effort and investment has gone into creating an item specially customized or personalized for you. Once created, the Seller probably cannot sell that product to anyone but you.

Therefore in most cases, items purchased on Customizon cannot be returned.
