In the meantime:
- Customers, please note that you’re buying the products directly from the Seller who is the merchant of record.
- Sellers are required to comply with all relevant laws and are responsible for all sales tax.
- For returns, please see the returns policy.
- As we’re still working on terms and conditions, these can be changed at any time by the Customizon team.
- Customizon maintains all rights to everything on the site created by Customizon
- Sellers maintain all rights to designs legally created by them. Sellers must make sure that all products/designs made by them do not breach copyright of any third party. Please do NOT upload anything offensive
- Customizon may remove designs, ban sellers etc. at any time for any reason
